WILL YOU BE OFFERING YOUTH OR EXTENDED SIZES?

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT ON A PREVIOUS ORDER?

No. Discount codes cannot be applied to a previous purchase or combined with other offers. Additionally prices cannot be adjusted once an order has been placed. 

SHIPPING 

All products are shipped USPS, $5 flat rate shipping with tracking number provided. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days as many items are made to order. Please allow additional shipping time during holiday/peak periods. 

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Not yet, but it's coming! 

WILL OUT OF STOCK ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?

We are doing our best to restock popular items! The best way to be alerted of restocks is to utilize our "notify when available" button located in the product description of sold out items.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Due to limited inventory we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. All items are final sale. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the return is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right! All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@beekeepers-daughter.com

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED.

Unfortunately, existing orders cannot be changed. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order and then please place a new order. 

RECIEVED A DAMAGED ITEM?

Any damaged items need to be reported to hello@beekeepers-daughter.com within 7 days from receipt of your items. Damages reported outside of 7 days may not qualify for replacement or credit. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT?

When packages appear to be missing, it is usually one of the following situations:

  • The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home

  • The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property

  • The shipping carrier marked as delivered before it actually has been.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service.

Yes! Additional sizes will be added to our inventory based on demand, contingent on availability from our vendors.
